    i have a problem connecting to the update server , internet connection as most all right

    Hi, there is no problem with update server. Please check if there is need to update the PC Suite first. Then update the System Program via PC Suite. If there is still problem, please write to support@autel.com for quick help. Thanks!

    Hello
    I installed the program to version 6.34, but did not help
    I noticed that I had a problem downloading the update, and only after installing the browser Browsec addition Failed to fetch
    I do not know if my ISP blocks sites Regional
    if the update run in the browser would probably all went without a problem

    Hi, please check with your ISP if the firewall settings has blocked our update server IP address 198.252.73.11, port 8000. Thanks!

    im runing version 6.34 and having issues with downloading the updates to
    it seems to be timing out. some downloads work/partial

    running eset firewall

    what i can tell from my firewall..
    i will get an outbound connection on local port 6001. it will send/receive some data. then the port gets closed and a new one opens on local port 6002
    once the port has been closed. my firewall reports blocked inbound traffic on local port 6001

    im in Australia. maybe getting some packet loss/delayed server response?

     Hi, if you could download some vehicle software, which mean you have already reached our server. We would like to know which brands are still couldn't be downloaded? Did you get any error message when you could not download those brands?

    i had about 50 updates. at first. about 5 completed. then some more started, but stopped at like 5% 20% etc..
    i tryed pause and reume but it seemed to have no effect. only close and reopen seems to make it work sometimes
    i recall some files saying error. but i did not see any message?

    after many restarts of the program. i have finally got all my updates.

    Hi, next time when you update you can try update the software one by one instead of update all at the same time. Thanks!

     Hi, I am having the same problem updating some vehicles. I tried one at a time and some say download failed (ford and Chrysler) and the one I want the most Hyundai just hangs at 18% with no activity apparent in my DSL lights. My current Hyundai version is 3.4 and the update is 3.5.

     Adding to my last post. I recall a post about firewall so I went to windows control panel and added Autel Update to the list of allowed programs. Then reran the Hyundai update and it went smoothly. I don't know why some worked and some didn't but I don't argue with success. Hope this helps somebody else.
